Ms. Schanno established JC Aviation in 2001, and serves as Managing Director and head of Sales. She began her aviation career in 1978, when she took her first flight instruction. It wasn't until a few years later, when she went to work for a local brokerage firm as a research assistant, that she realized she had found her destiny in life; she has made her livelihood in aviation ever since. Cynthia's passion for what she does is evident in every transaction, resulting in the solid reputation the company enjoys today.

Rich joins JC Aviation with over eight years of experience as a sales professional both domestically and internationally. In 1999 Rich began working on his pilot's license culminating in attaining the CFI, CFII and MEI ratings. Rich soon realized that his professional goal was to be in aircraft sales combining his love of flying and the challenge of finding the right aircraft for our clients. Rich was born in Venezuela and is fluent in Spanish and currently resides in Minneapolis, MN.

Captain Garcia graduated as a pilot in 1980 and began his corporate aviation career flying a King Air. Since then he has acquired a broad range of flight experience in a multitude of aircraft, ranging from a Gulfstream Commander to a 604 Challenger. His aviation experience as Flight Director/Chief Pilot for TEASA has included technical support for buying and selling the company's aircraft. Julio's alliance with JC Aviation goes back to 1999. Since 2001 he has been the liaison in assisting the company with cross-border transactions throughout Mexico and Central and South America.

Henry holds an Australian ATPL with extensive experience flying floats in Sydney, the Maldives and North America. He has owned and operated floatplanes and is keenly aware of the commercial realities that require the choice of the right aircraft followed by competitive and complete acquisition.
